Privacy notice
This notice explains the information EchoAudit collects when a business requests an authorized AI-agent audit.
Information we collect
We collect the business and contact details you submit, the phone number or chat endpoint to be tested, the approved testing window, your audit objectives, and your electronic authorization record. After testing begins, the service may process authorized call or chat recordings, transcripts, scores, and reports.
How information is used
We use the information to verify authority, define the permitted test scope, provide and improve the requested audit, process payment, communicate about the service, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Service providers
EchoAudit may use infrastructure, payment, communications, email, transcription, and AI service providers solely to operate the service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in this intake form.
Retention and deletion
Intake and authorization records are retained while needed to deliver the service and for reasonable legal, security, and accounting purposes. Recording and transcript retention will follow the client’s service scope. A client may request deletion when retention is not legally or operationally required.
Your responsibilities
Do not submit an endpoint unless you own it or have permission from its owner. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in the intake form.
Contact
For a privacy question or deletion request, use the secure intake form and write “Privacy request” in the objectives field.
