Service terms
These terms govern requests for EchoAudit’s controlled AI phone and chat agent testing.
Authorized testing only
You represent that you own or control the submitted endpoint, or have authority from its owner. You authorize the specific calls or messages, recording, transcription, and analysis described in your intake. EchoAudit may pause or reject any request if authority or scope cannot be verified.
Service scope
A baseline audit includes the scenarios shown in the selected offer. Monitoring frequency and deliverables follow the active subscription or written order. EchoAudit will not intentionally contact unrelated people, access protected accounts, defeat security controls, or test outside the authorized scope.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, an approved test window, lawful instructions, and any disclosures required for your systems or jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before changing a production agent.
Payment and scheduling
Testing is scheduled after scope verification and successful payment. Unless a written order says otherwise, one-time fees are due before testing and recurring plans renew until canceled. Pricing shown at checkout controls if it differs from marketing copy.
Reports and results
Reports reflect observed behavior during the test period and are intended for operational improvement. Results do not guarantee future agent behavior, revenue, regulatory compliance, security, or uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use
You may not use EchoAudit to harass people, impersonate unrelated parties, test an endpoint without permission, collect prohibited information, or violate applicable law. A request may be refused or stopped when misuse is suspected.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. For a terms question, use the secure intake form and write “Terms question” in the objectives field.
